This facility is planned to be the largest of all three Oula Al Nuha facilities with a storage capacity of 100,000,000 liters of raw and refined products.
A parking space for 500 trucks, a state-of-the-art laboratory, fully automatic weighing bridges, an asphalt plant, and a sulphuric acid production plant, all of which are set to be part of the complex.
To date, foundational and design work have been partially completed and the next phases await further funding.
