Kayseri City Hospital- Turkey

The 1607-bed Kayseri City Hospital, which is the first city hospital with the largest bed opened in Turkey, broke new ground in the Health Quality Standards Assessment carried out by the Ministry of Health.

Quality Standards in Health, where standards based on eŒciency, effectiveness, continuity and timeliness, patient and employee satisfaction, especially patient and employee safety, are applied in order to ensure quality service delivery in all health institutions and organizations, which is one of the four basic building blocks of the Health Quality System in Turkey.
